“Ventiventi was born from the family's desire to create something new and distinctive in the wine-growing district north of Modena. Imagination, pragmatism and determination made it possible to turn this dream into reality - which truly began in 2020, when the winery became fully operational.

Conceived with a modern vision, the winery focuses on producing high-quality wines while fully respecting nature and the land. Through advanced technology, we reduce the use of copper and sulphur and manage the harvest with state-of-the-art equipment to preserve the integrity of the grapes. For us, innovation means combining tradition and rational thinking with common sense.

RECIRCULATING SPRAYER
More respect for our soils thanks to the treatment recovery system: we reduce dispersion and recover 40% to 90% of the product in the vineyard, depending on the development of the vegetation.
PHOTOVOLTAIC
Lower energy and environmental impact thanks to a photovoltaic system to make our winery as self-sufficient as possible, capable of self-supporting up to 100 kw.
INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT
Significant reduction of treatments in the countryside, minimising the use of plant protection products by combining different control methods.
Constant monitoring, intervention thresholds and selection of low-impact active ingredients for soil protection and biodiversity.
DRIP IRRIGATION
Drip irrigation network extended to all rows, with controlled distribution and only when necessary, allows targeted irrigation to minimise water wastage
