A delicate ruby, almost pink, shining in the goblet.
PERFUME:
The nose is an explosion of joy: raspberries, wild strawberries, pink grapefruit, pomegranate seeds, redcurrants, violets, wild roses, pink pepper, cloves. When you think the game is over, the race resumes with tantalizing scents of tarragon and myrtle, black pepper and musk, and shows all its charm with tones of red rust and humus. An overwhelming bouquet that says “drink me!”.
PALATE:
In the mouth, it does not disappoint, giving us a perfectly balanced sip. Freshness and savouriness create the right framework to support a full and enveloping body, an almost impalpable tannin blends with the small red fruits that burst on the palate, enhanced by a simple and comfortable bubble. The darker, mineral and underbrush notes return on the satisfying finish. A wine that speaks of tradition, pleasure and sharing.
